Do you live in Denmark and receive pension from another Nordic country?

This applies to you who live in Denmark and receive a pension from another Nordic country. This information only applies to taxation of your foreign continuous pension.

Taxation in Denmark

You have to declare all the pension that you are receiving from another Nordic country in you Danish declaration.

In the tax calculation in Denmark, you can apply for a deduction (credit) in the Danish tax with the tax that you have paid of the pension from another Nordic country.

The deduction cannot exceed the tax, Denmark calculates of the pension.

Remember to save the documentation for the tax that you have paid of your pension in the other Nordic country.

You must declare the income in Denmark by TastSelv at skat.dk or submit the "Declaration of overseas income" form 04.012.
